Quick delivery. Received my 20mm rubber tiles the day after I ordered them. They called in the morning and gave me an approximate time with a one hour window of when they will deliver them. They were very punctual, efficient and professional, wearing face mask when dropping them off into my garage.
The grey tiles 20mm I purchased didn’t look as light as in the pictures, more darker with a tinge of blue. I actually liked the color so didn’t complain. The quality looks fine however I have not been able to test properly before giving this feedback.

Your product is guaranteed for 2 years, if you have any problem with the product quality please let us know so we can replace the product with the new ones.
Had slight issue when using online booking… no receipt was given. However after contacting them by email I had a quick response regards them receiving payment. Please note no telephone numbers available. Delivery arrived 2 days late. I had contacted the courier SLA Logistics however they didn’t bother to respond to telephone discussion or email enquiry. A bit off putting.
