Rubber Weight Lifting and Crossfit Flooring Mats

Rubber weight lifting mats are made of low-odor recycled rubber and are favored for their excellent durability. These strong, dense mats can help to protect your subfloor in case of dropped weights. The thicker the mats or tiles, the more protection you will provide your floor.

For Crossfit exercises and any other heavy exercises, you will need a hard-wearing surface and minimum60 shore hardness rubber floors.

Durability for Crossfit Flooring

Crossfit Gyms have very heavy traffic on the floor, trainers every day several times drop down heavyweights to the floor. So these floors need a strong rubber floor to be durable and a strong rubber floor has to be a minimum 1000 kg/m3 density.

Weight Lifting and Dead Lift Floors

Weight listing and deadlift need a more strong floor than Crossfit, we advice a minimum 30mm rubber tiles for weight lifting and deadlift area.

Horse Stall Mats and some other heavy-duty rubber mats are suitable to use as a flooring option for deadlift and weight lifting. But first, check the density of the floor all the thick mats are not the same, higher density rubber floors are always better.
